UNC Chancellor: Support for Belichick Comes with Expectations

UNC chancellor Lee Roberts addressed the investigation that prompted the resignation of former G.M. Michael Lombardi and defensive coordinator Steve Belichick, stating, "Coach Belichick continues to have our support... He understands that that support comes with expectations around conduct and behavior."

As to Lombardi and Steve Belichick, Roberts noted that "the conduct and behavior apparently fell short of the standard." The Tar Heels (2-1) are off this weekend and will host Notre Dame next week. sports24.club
