Modric Ashamed After England's 7-0 Win

Croatian captain Luka Modric admitted feeling 'ashamed' following his team's 7-0 defeat to England in their Nations League fixture. The Croatian midfielder's comments came as England's Harry Kane emphasized that the dominant performance against Croatia should serve as the blueprint for future matches. 'Even when we were 1-0 up, we went for two, went for three, went for four, and that's got to be our mentality,' stated Kane, who now has 89 international goals from 124 games. mchezo.co.za

Separately, Celtic Football Club has expressed frustration over what it called 'organised acts of disruption,' stating that 'there is a line between protest and deliberate disruption' which was crossed during recent events. Meanwhile, tensions are building ahead of the Republic of Ireland versus Israel match in the Nations League.
