Larson Leads Kernels with Third Place Finish

Mia Larson led the Mitchell High School girls golf team with a third-place finish at the Hub City Invitational, shooting a season-best 3-over-par 75. Aberdeen Central dominated the tournament, winning both individual and team titles. Kyley Wirebaugh shot a 3-under-par 69 to win the individual competition, while Aberdeen Central's team scored 295. The Kernels were short-handed, competing with only five golfers due to absences. Mitchell will return to action on Monday, May 4 for the Sioux Falls Washington Invitational.
