The New York Knicks eliminated the Atlanta Hawks in Game 6 with a historic 140-89 rout, one of the worst playoff losses in franchise history.

The Knicks dominated throughout, scoring 83 points in the first half, including 40 in the first quarter. The 44-point halftime deficit marked the largest in NBA playoff history.
