Eagles Start McKee as No. 2 QB vs Rams

Published October 4, 2026 · Updated October 4, 2026 · NBC Sports

Eagles reportedly moving Tanner McKee to No. 2 QB spot behind Jalen Hurts for Sunday's game against Rams.

According to Mike Garafolo of NFL Media, Andy Dalton had been the Eagles' No. 2 quarterback for the last three weeks. Dalton was called on in Week 3 when Hurts had to be checked for a concussion, but was intercepted by Bears safety Dillon Thieneman in the end zone. The Eagles went on to lose 27-7 to fall to 2-1 on the year.

Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports that both McKee and Dalton will be active for Sunday's game due to injuries that will force other players to the inactive list. ipl-cricket.in
