Eagles Place Dickerson on IR

Published September 14, 2026 · Updated September 15, 2026 · NBC Sports

Eagles guard Landon Dickerson has been placed on injured reserve, according to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer, and will miss at least the next four weeks.

Dickerson, who struggled in pass protection during Sunday's opener against the Commanders, had been playing through an undisclosed injury. The 27-year-old three-time Pro Bowler and 2021 second-round pick previously indicated he has rethought his approach to playing through injuries. esporist.com

While the exact nature of his injury remains unreported, the Eagles will likely turn to either Drew Kendall or Willie Lampkin at left guard during his absence.
