Browns Trade Garrett to Rams in Blockbuster

The Cleveland Browns have traded star defensive end Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams in a blockbuster exchange.

According to NFL Network and ESPN, the Rams will acquire Garrett, a three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year, in exchange for edge rusher Jared Verse and a 2027 first-round pick, with additional draft compensation potentially being negotiated. Garrett signed a four-year, $160 million extension with Cleveland last season.

The trade makes the Rams Super Bowl favorites at +650 odds, as they continue their defensive overhaul this offseason. Garrett, 30, is a five-time first-team All-Pro who holds the NFL single-season sack record with 23. Verse won Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2024 and will now join Cleveland's defensive front. zeppelin.cool
